CloseHaving trouble with our Uncommon customizer not loading? Unfortunately it turns out that Adobe has not supplied a compatible Flash plugin for Windows 7 Explorer 64-bit. You are probably as surprised as we are that there is not support for the most pervasive dynamic web experience plug-in, but it is what it is… totally common. However, there is a somewhat easy solution. You can simply download Firefox, a very nice browser that much of the world uses, install it in less than a minute and our Flash-based customizer will work uncommonly well.
On behalf of Adobe and Microsoft we apologize for the inconvenience. I am sure they will figure it out soon.
